The Outer Planets Of Our Solar System

We learned that the Giant Red spot on Jupiter is a storm system that has been going on for more than 400 years. The reseacher was easy becuase the information was esay to find in the book and on the web.
From this video I got to learn about the outer plannets. I never knew that Jupiter's red spot is acutally a storm that is 400 years old. Also I never knew that Uranus is on a 90 degree titl, which means that it's almost out of orbit. Overall the pictures were pretty interesting but I think you should have used animoto or photostory to give it more effect.
ReplyDeleteFrom this project I got to learn about the outer plannets. I never knew that Neptune had rings. Also I never knew that Jupiters red spot was about 3 times the size of Earth. Overall I felt the project was good but like Abbey said music and naration would have given the project more effect.
ReplyDeleteFrom this project I learned a lot about our outter planets. I didn't know that Jupiter's red spot had was so big compared to earth. I also didn't know that Neptune had rings at all. This project had a lot of information and was very helpful.
ReplyDeleteGood Information, I liked how you had an introduction slide to each planet that was in red text, and then a nother slide on the same planet that included other information. For example, I never new that Pluto had a moon named Charon.
ReplyDeletethis project taught me more about planets. I also did not know that jupiters red spot was much bigger than our earth. You did a good job (:
ReplyDeleteI liked the information that you had. I didn't know that the red dot was a storm system that was 400 years old. Good information.
ReplyDeleteI learned many things that I have never heard before. I never knew that Neptune had rings and how far each planets was from the sun. The most interesting thing I learned was that Saturn's rings diameter were more than doubled compared to the diameter of Saturn.
ReplyDeleteGreat information I learnd somethings from it such as that Neptune had rings. Great job guys!
ReplyDeleteI learned quite a few things from this presentation. Is it true that astronomers believed that Neptune pulled Uranus off of its predicted path? How is that even possible? I never knew Uranus was founded by a actual person. Were the other planets founded by other people as well? Nice job!

Overall, this was a good project. I got to learn a lot about the outter planets of the outer planets. I never knew that Saturn was 95 times more massive than the Earth.

ReplyDeleteSome scientists believed thta the gravity of neptune pulled Uranus off of is predicted path. Also William Herschel was just the fist one to spot Uranus in the Night sky and other people saw other planets before others did.
Your slideshow had alot of good facts. i never knew that planets coiuld be soo cold, like Neptune being -200 degrees celcius.
ReplyDeleteIT WAS PRETY GOOD THE ONE THING THAT YOU CAN CHANGE IS THAT YOU SHOULD ADD SOUND
ReplyDeleteJEREMY
Very nice but how are the outer planets similar and different from one and other?
ReplyDeleteGreat presentation!!!! I learned alot off your presentation. You had alot of good information. I never knew that Jupiter is the biggest gas planet, and the largest planet in the solar System. that is preety cool!!!
ReplyDeleteElle
One similar reason is that they are all gas planets other then pluto because it is not a planet. Then one diffrence is that size and how much of earths gravity it has.
ReplyDeleteGreat Video. You guys did a great job with your information of each planet giving out the basic information and on top of that doing interesting facts. Good work guys
ReplyDeleteI also learned that Jupiter is 43.3 light minutes from the sun, before I didn't even know there were sich things as light minutes
ReplyDeleteI learned a lot more information about Satern Uranus and Neptune.
ReplyDeleteI learned that Saturn is actually 95 more massive then Earth.
ReplyDeleteI learned a lot from this presentation, I did not know that Neptune even had rings. Well done.

Nice job this had a lot of information, but soome times I couldn't understand what some of the things meant so next time you should try to explain better.
