Famous Astronomers By: Bridget R. and Steven M

Bridget: I found it fascinating that Maria Mitchell was the first female astornomer and she discovered the first comet. Nicholas Copernicus was famous for this theories, and his theories were incorrect was time went on.

Steven: I found it extremly fascinating that Galilei Galileo was taught by monks in his early life. Also, I found it very weird that a person like Galilei Galileo left college without a degree.

We as a group feel that this research was not hard at all. In fact, we felt that it was very easy. Without the website that we got from Mr. Roehl this project would have been a lot more difficult and confusing.

  11. I never knew that there were that many famous astronomers over 400 years ago. At first I thought the most of the famous astromers were mainly in the 20th century because they had much more technology.
